FF VII

Final Fantasy VII is the seventh installment in the Final Fantasy series and was released in 1997. It is the first game in the series to be 3-D and set the standards for those that came after. It features Cloud Strife and his battle against Sephiroth, a first class SOLDIER who went renegade after learning the "truth" behind his birth.

FFVIII

Final Fantasy VIII is the eighth installment in the Final Fantasy series. It featured a new type of environment, and the game is set in a semi advanced world. It featured Squall Leonhart, who is a member of a group called SeeD. Their job is to fufill requests for money. But Squall and his allies get sent on a journey which goes beyond time.

The ninth installment in the Final Fantasy series. It features a protagonist that is quite different then the previous ones, Zidane Tribal.It is the third and last Final Fantasy in the main series to be produced for the PlayStation.Final Fantasy IX was intended to return the series, at least temporarily, to its more fantasy-oriented roots. The characters, who had been depicted in an increasingly realistic fashion in previous Final Fantasy games, were deliberately rendered in a more cartoonish fashion to reflect this return to tradition

FF X

Final Fantasy X is the tenth installment in the Final Fantasy series. It follows the story of Tidus and Yuna. It was the first Final Fantasy to appear on a sixth-generation console (i.e., the PlayStation 2, Xbox or GameCube).It is also the first in the series to use voice-overs, instead of the previous method of scrolling subtitles.It is the first installment in a long time in which most of the main characters do not have last names.

FF XII

Final Fantasy XII is the twelfth installment in the Final Fantasy series, also part of the Ivalice Alliance. It features a more revamped turned based batle system that implements more action then turns. The battles are no longer in their own window, but on the field itself.
