Motomu Toriyama made an update on the official FFXIII UK site that the overseas version of the game is complete! The only thing the Japanese development team is waiting for now is the approval of the master disk!

The Japanese and overseas version of the game were developed simultaneously, which is why the release dates for both the games don't have a big time gap between them.

The overseas version's characters facial animations and movements are completely synchronized with their English lines, so lifelike, captivating cut scenes are to be expected (as if it wasn't obvious from the amazing trailers :D!)!

Anticipation for this game grows stronger and stronger as the days go by! :D!
