Title says it all, This is the Discussion and Suggestion thread for the Weekly Shout-out! Graphics Competition.

I will NOT accept any vulgar suggestions for themes of the competition.
If we run out of suggestions, I will either make one up, or make the theme a Freestyle theme.

(This thread will also serve as a general FAQ for the competition, so PM me any questions and I'll answer and post the question and answer in this thread)

How about The World Ends With You for the first theme. It can be anyone or a group of the characters in a signature with any kind of coloring.
